This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which DigiClub (operated by UNI AGCY LTD) will issue refunds or cancellations for purchases made on digiclub.pro. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital products: all sales generally final
All DigiClub products are digital content kitsthat are delivered instantly and irrevocably by email after payment is confirmed. Because of the nature of digital products — once accessed, they cannot be “returned” — all sales are generally final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to unused goods.
2. When we DO grant refunds
Despite the above, we will happily issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Non-delivery: your kit was not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment (after checking your spam folder).
- Significant misrepresentation: the product you received is materially different from what was described on the website or in your order confirmation.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same order, or accidentally purchased the same kit twice within 7 days.
- Corrupted or unusable files: the template files are corrupted, the Canva link does not work, or the files are otherwise technically unusable — and we are unable to fix the problem within a reasonable time.
3. When we CANNOT grant refunds
- You changed your mind after accessing the files.
- You do not know how to use Canva or CapCut (we provide quick-start guides and email support).
- You did not achieve a specific business result (we cannot guarantee growth, sales, or engagement outcomes).
- You purchased the wrong niche or kit tier by mistake (contact us within 24 hours for a store credit).
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@digiclub.pro from the same email address used at checkout, within 7 days of purchase. Include:
- Your full name
- The email used at checkout
- Order date and kit purchased
- Reason for the refund
- Screenshots or details if you experienced a technical issue
5. Refund processing and timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned via the original payment method whenever possible. If the original method cannot accept a refund (for example, some peer-to-peer payment links), we will issue store credit equal to the refund amount. Bank or payment-provider processing times may extend the time until funds appear in your account.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before payment is completed simply by not paying the payment link sent to your email. No charge is made and no kit is delivered. Once payment has been completed, the Refund Policy above applies.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving every legitimate issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks on digital products that have been delivered and used are treated as fraudulent and may be disputed and reported to the relevant payment networks.
