This Delivery Policy explains how DigiClub (operated by UNI AGCY LTD) delivers your digital content kits after purchase.
1. Digital only
All DigiClub products are digital downloads. We do not sell or ship physical goods. There are no shipping fees, customs duties or physical waiting periods.
2. Delivery method
Your kit is delivered by email to the address you provided at checkout. The delivery email contains a download link granting access to all files included in your purchased kit (Canva template links, PDF guides, content calendar, and — for Pro Kits — CapCut video templates and Story templates).
3. Delivery timeframe
Delivery normally occurs within 2 hours of confirmed payment and in all cases within 24 hours. Deliveries made during business hours are usually near-instant.
Business hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM London time (GMT/BST). Orders placed outside business hours are fulfilled first thing on the next working day.
4. What you receive
- A welcome email with a link to your kit's Canva templates (editable in your free Canva account)
- A PDF content calendar for the coming 30 or 90 days
- A PDF caption pack with hashtags
- For Pro Kits: a CapCut video template pack, Story templates, and an Instagram bio optimization guide
- Quick-start instructions and support contact
5. File formats
- Graphics: Canva editable template links
- Videos: CapCut template links (Pro Kits only)
- Guides: PDF
- Captions / calendars: PDF
6. Requirements
To use the kits you need:
- A free Canva account (canva.com)
- The free CapCut mobile app (only if you purchase a Pro Kit and want to use the video templates)
- A modern web browser and email client
7. If you don't receive your kit
If your kit has not arrived within 24 hours of payment:
- Check your spam / junk / promotions folder.
- Whitelist orders@digiclub.pro with your email provider.
- If it is still missing, email support@digiclub.pro with your order details. We will re-send immediately.
8. Re-delivery
If you lose access to your files (for example, if you delete the delivery email), you can request a free re-delivery within 90 days of purchase by contacting support@digiclub.pro with the email address used at checkout.
9. International customers
DigiClub delivers to customers worldwide at no extra cost. There are no import duties, customs fees or country-specific restrictions on digital content delivery.
